Conference Rates

Full Conference Registration (does not include the pre-conference workshop) - $150 MiALA and ALAO members, $200 for non-Members, $50 for LIS Students
1-day Conference Registration (does not include the pre-conference workshop) - $100 MiALA and ALAO members, $150 for non-Members, $25 for LIS Students

Hotel Information

Room blocks we secured for the nights of May 16 & 17, 2018 at the conference facility:

The room rate is $115.00 + taxes per night for Standard Double, Queen, or King Rooms; $129.00 + taxes per night for Deluxe King.

The deadline to make a reservation using the MiALA room block was April 16, 2018.

Pre-conference Workshop

Planning, Assessing, and Communicating Library Impact: Putting the Standards for Libraries in Higher Education into Action. This ACRL Standards Workshop will take place on May 16, 2018 at the Michigan State University Library. For more information, go to the Pre-conference workshop page here.

Mid-Michigan Digital Practitioners Meeting & MiALA Pre-Conference

All conference attendees are welcome to attend the Mid-Michigan Digital Practitioners (MMDP) Meeting as a MiALA Pre-conference. This meeting is free but registration is limited to 40 participants and separate registration is required. Information on this meeting/pre-conference is available on the MMDP Meeting information page.

Pre-conference Reception

The preconference reception was held at the Lake Huron room of the MSU union on Wednesday, May 16 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
