The Sections of the Michigan Academic Library Association (MiALA) will host a “Mini-MiALA Conference” at the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Friday, December 9, 2016, from 9am-3pm. Building on the momentum from our successful, inaugural conference, this mini-conference will encourage the sharing of insights and experiences through concurrent programs and provide an opportunity to network with our colleagues during lunch and afternoon meetings. The UX Section will sponsor two 45-minute programs at Mini-MiALA. If you are interested in presenting a program at this event, please fill out the Mini-MiALA UX Section Program Proposal Form and submit by Noon on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Selected presenters will be notified by Friday, October 21.
