Deadline Extended: Michigan Advocacy Day Scholarship

Dear MiALA members,

To encourage and support MiALA members in attending and participating in the 2026 Michigan Library Advocacy Day, MiALA is funding registration costs for members. We have extended our call for scholarship applicants and encourage members to submit the Advocacy Day Scholarship form by next Monday, March 9th. Individuals will be contacted by March 13th with next steps.

Michigan Library Advocacy Day will take place on April 28th at the State Capitol. This is an all-day event that provides an opportunity to network with Michigan librarians and advocate for increased state funding to support libraries across the state.
