Michigan Advocacy Day Scholarship Opportunity
Dear colleagues,

To encourage and support MiALA members in attending and participating in the 2026 Michigan Library Advocacy Day, MiALA is funding registration costs for members. Michigan Library Advocacy Day will take place on April 28th at the State Capitol. This is an all-day event that provides an opportunity to network with Michigan librarians and advocate for increased state funding to support libraries across the state.

If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please submit the Advocacy Day Scholarship form. This form will close on February 28th, 2026 and selected individuals will be contacted by March 10th with next steps.
