Central City Parking is allowing guests who are attending the reception (at 5:00 p.m.) to park on any floor of the Epic Center Parking Ramp after 4:30 p.m.
Parking is located at 136 East South Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. If you are attending the MHSLA meeting, validation is available for the fifth floor (or higher) of the Epic Center Parking Ramp. If you’re attending the MiALA Reception, validation is available for any floor of the ramp after 4:30p.m. When leaving the parking ramp, guests will enter their original ticket then scan the WMed QR code to exit without payment. Upon check-in, guests will receive a WMed QR code to exit the lot.
Guests with a disability parking placard can find parking in front of the W.E. Upjohn Campus, 300 Portage, Kalamazoo, MI 49007, and inside the Epic Center Parking Ramp. For specific questions about parking inside the ramp, call Central City Parking at 269-342-6383.
Alternatively, metered downtown parking is free after 5:00 p.m.
WMed security requires that all guests must sign in and sign out. There will be a table at the entrance of the building where you can sign in and pick up your badge. Security requests that you keep your badge on during the event, so they know you are authorized to be in the building. Kindly sign out at the end of the night so security knows you left the building. Please do not bring a guest with you; they will not be allowed into the building without prior registration. To reach the WMed security officer, call 517-944-0938.
